STEEL
The concept of "steel style" is based on the use of Aluzinc. Both light and resistant, the latter follows standard EN 10149,2: 1995.
It has an elastic limit varying between 350 to 550 Mpa and a maximum breaking strength between 550 and 760 Mpa. The insulation is reinforced by the use of a layer of insulation and a second layer of rock wool. The outside is reinforced with a mesh and a layer of sprayed plaster.
The inside is covered by a layer of plasterboard / fiber cement

PANEL
The sandwich panel is a one-piece component consisting of two facings (pre-lacquered steel plates, hot-dip galvanized continuously) and a core of insulating foam (injected polyurethane).
Polyurethane is an excellent sound insulator to protect you from external noise and a very good thermal insulator K = 38Kcal / m². Our sandwich panels are classified in reaction to fire B / s3 / d0 according to European standard.
